Shipping & Returns

All orders received before 12pm will be sent the same day unless there are any issues, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution and get your order dispatched quickly.

SHIPPING SERVICES

We have a few different shipping options for our customers.

• FREE STANDARD SHIPPING - orders will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class or Evri UK services.
• NEXT WORKING DAY - orders will be sent using Royal Mail 24 or Parcelforce services.
• INTERNATIONAL - orders will be sent using a variety of different couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and Royal Mail.

We have a flat shipping fee for our international orders however for smaller or larger orders please email us for a custom shipping quote before placing an order, we will be happy to help. Please note international orders may be subject to import tax / customs charges in the recipient country, this will be at the cost of the buyer.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on cut fabrics and trimmings unless the item is faulty in which case the buyer must return the order back to us at their cost. Once the return is received we will then initiate a refund or exchange, whichever has been previously discussed.
